All was immaculately clean, I loved good staff and location.

This is a hip new hotel with great staff and cleanliness.

I have had a comfortable experience, this brand-new, clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars.

It's lovely base for sightseeing and exploring Birmingham.

We appreciated staff and rooms of this brand-new hotel. The room was non-smoking, with the pictures in the internet.

Everything was nice from the great service to the excellent food. The rooms were cool enough and the beds were large. Had cool drinks in the poolside bar in the evening. Spotless hotel with a central location.

We liked every detail about our really really nice 1 night stay here.

Highly professional staff, and delightful restaurant with awesome food. Handicap accessible hotel in a historic area of Birmingham. Bed was good, the room was not only inviting, but also elegant.

I loved this hotel, it was cute. My room was stocked and well-organised with soundproofed windows.

The staff was pleasant and the bed was amazing. The hotel was not far from eating places nearby, many restaurants and interstate thanks to its excellent location. Plenty of OUTSTANDING food, we liked it. Early check-in & outstanding service. Soft drinks, fast wifi were a nice surprise.

The hotel is clean and has good rooms and soft beds. Fast employees providing a nice service.

Everything was great, and it had free wi-fi. Loved smooth check-in and late check-out. Moreover, we could park our car on-site.

I loved extremely convenient setting and nice sized rooms. Really comfy beds, TV, a refrigerator and a writing table in the room. Generally service was exceptional too. It was surely an excellent stay.

The breakfast was amazing and staff was always available. Big beds, complimentary WiFi and iron/ironing board were a nice touch. A good beach, particularly nice view. Fast check in and courteous service.

I liked the place, it was tidy & the staff were very welcoming! My room was impeccable and had a perfect bed. Great breakfast, excellent service.

our room was cozy and just what we needed, professional staff. the beds were small here, nevertheless it was a very nice stay all in all.

Beds were extra comfy and the breakfast was very very good. Hotel was reasonably clean. The staff did all they can for a such wonderful stay. Pool was heated too.

Comfortable bed, everywhere was very clean, staff was polite. We had a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator in the room.

Superb base for exploring Birmingham. Appreciated the place, great stay. The breakfast was very good, had lots of options👍👌😃
